By accessing or using posflow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

posflow.io is a SaaS analytics platform that connects to your Shopbox POS system to provide real-time sales dashboards, historical analysis, automated reports, and revenue forecasting.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using posflow.io, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

posflow.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
